The type of treatment on offer will vary according to your needs and what emerges during the initial consultation. Typically, it will belong to one of three categories:

  • Short term, focus-based counselling and psychotherapy for specific problems (6 to 12 sessions)

  • Medium-term counselling and psychotherapy (3 to 12 months)

  • Long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy (1 to 2 years, or open ended)
