The type of treatment on offer will vary according to your need and what develops from the initial consultation. Generally though, it will belong to one of three categories:

  • Short term, focus-based therapy for specific problems (6 to 12 sessions)
  • Medium-term support counselling and psychotherapy (3 to 12 months)
  • Long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy (1 to 2 years, or more)
