After a successful training at The Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London, Richard gained their Diploma and an MA in psychotherapeutic counselling. His approach is integrative, which means that alongside the use of psychodynamic insight and dreams, Richard also employs cognitive and practical methods in his work to help increase its effectiveness.
